PooF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is I the Genie from Miami,
Greetings ALL!!!!!!!!!! Many of you who have been to Spirit before may know me, and for those who are coming for the first time. Greetings! I am “Genie”, I’ll be the hairy ugly chick in the back of the class. Many of the out-of-towners will be staying at the hotel in Down town. I suggest that because there is no real after party arrangement for Friday night that we meet at the pool of the hotel after the show and hang out and get to meet one another. Now as a pirate, I have rum. But we many need to find more resources if need be. I know that we are within stumbling distance of bars and clubs if we chose to forage or pillage. I look forward to meeting you all and having fun dancing.

I have idiot assistants. I was down town last night at club Revolution to hear an industrial metal band Ministry and was scoping things out. I found a liquor store about a mile or so from the hotel down the road on the main drag. I don’t know when they close. I haven’t found out how late we can hang at the pool. But I figure as long as we don’t make TOOO much noise it should not be a problem considering all the clubs near by and the noise they make. Just as long as my idiot assistants don’t try to improvise my entrance we should be cool, if it’s a problem we can always stumble to a club. They are a block or two away.

We'll be bringing Bicardi citrine, but don't know what to do with it, it was a gift to wine drinkers, not snooty wine drinkers, just organic Merlot wine drinkers.
Please remember to drink responsibly - this brought to you by the drummer who has to pull trance dancers away from the fire and holds other dancers hair back when they've had too much to drink, then start undulating and spinning. Really takes time away from drumming... -

Tue, April 22, 2008 - 9:15 AMWould be most welcome, but waiting to hear back about hotel expectations because we don't want to lose the hotel as a place to host us, in the future, due to a few irresponsible noise makers.
Hopefully someone will chime in with if drums are welcome and times are available from the hotel for hanging by the pool Thursday night and drumming. Reasonable hours in Orlando are from 7-10pm, but we still need to hear it from the hotel. -

We're going to have a little party in my hotel room. I'll just have to skip the beach. Yet another reason why I prefer the gulf coast. Drinking and partying on the beach go hand in hand IMO=oP
